They're a commonly seen in gardens and large landscapes throughout the country. They are perennial & evergreen, and grows up to 1.5m in large clumps. Wild Iris can grown in shade or sun and is tolerant of drought, salt and waterlogging, making it a versatile and very useful plant. | Boronia heterophylla 'Lipstick'
A small upright shrub growing to around 2.5 metres tall, it has masses of bright purple-pink bell flowers in winter and spring, which make great cut flowers. The foliage is aromatic and the flowers are lightly perfumed as well. Best in a partly shaded position with well drained soil, also a good potted plant. Regular summer watering and mulching will help to prolong plant life.
