This evergreen has a natural weeping form, with masses of fine, soft, needle-like, blue-grey foliage, and small male and female seeds in cones, making it an intersting sight. Preferring a well drained soil, it can withstand frost and some drought once it has established.

Polygala myrtifolia x dalmaisiana

Polygala Dazzler is a shrub that originates from South Africa and has attractive, almost year round, purple pea-like flowers on light green foliage. It makes a great flowering hedge. Polygala Dazzler prefers a well-drained position, but tolerates poor soils, frost and dry conditions. Pruning in early Spring will encourage bushiness and flowers.
