| Description | Pinus patulaA tall, evergreen pine tree with a distinctive drooping habit. Pale green to yellowish green needles are held in groups of three. Useful as a specimen tree in large parks. Frost and drought tolerant. Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established.
