Centaurea gymnocarpa

Centaurea ‘Silver Fountain’ is a stunning, soft-textured perennial prized for its finely cut, silvery-grey foliage that adds light and contrast to garden beds and containers. Though often grown for its striking foliage, it may also produce small pinkish-purple flowers in spring or summer. Drought-tolerant and low-maintenance, it’s ideal for coastal, Mediterranean, or waterwise gardens.
