Protea ‘Queen’ is a regal hybrid variety admired for its large, silvery-pink flower heads with elegant feathery tips. Blooming from late autumn into winter, its striking blooms sit above leathery grey-green foliage, making it a bold feature in garden beds or floral arrangements. Rhodohypoxis in their natural habitat they are often found on open grassy slopes in areas of high altitude. They produce vivid green leaves that are long and slightly hairy. This plant flowers from late spring until autumn and comes in a range of beautiful colours from pure white to a selection of pinks and into the dark reds.
This plant is fairly adaptable to low temperatures down to -5°C and will grow in all but the most tropical or hot parts of Australia. They are great for rockery planting. |

Polygala Dazzler is a shrub that originates from South Africa and has attractive, almost year round, purple pea-like flowers on light green foliage. It makes a great flowering hedge.
Polygala Dazzler prefers a well-drained position, but tolerates poor soils, frost and dry conditions. Pruning in early Spring will encourage bushiness and flowers. Best feed regularly with a slow release fertiliser.
