Description

Cotinus Coggygria, Smoketree

Purple Smoke Bush is a gem in the garden thanks to it's unique blend of colours that change throughout the seasons. A large deciduous shrub or small tree, its beautiful eye-catching Spring foliage is green overlaid with purple. Summer brings deep purple foliage that then turns deep orange and bronze in a burst of glory for an Autumn show. Purple Smokebush gets its name from the clouds of smoke-like purple and pink "flowers" it produces in early Summer. These are very beautiful themselves, and are prized along with the foliage by florists. Grows best in full sun to partial shade and it is tolerant of drought and most soils, making it a great addition to many gardens. 10" pot size.

Aloe barbadensis

Aloe Vera is a very useful succulent to have in the garden, and no Aussie home should be without one. Use the juice from the leaves straight on skin to moisturize, heal sunburn and other skin irritations and problems naturally. 8" pot size.

Rosa Hybrid Tea

Gold Medal Rose has light yellow blooms with a flush of pink on it's edges that are beautifully fragrant. Available online ONLY - Not in store.

Melaleuca linariifolia 'Snow in Summer' Myrtle

Melaleuca linariifolia is usually a hardy tree to about 8 metres in height. It is widely available in general horticulture and is used for both home gardens and in landscaping. The white flowers occur in prominant, fluffy clusters which cover the plant in late spring and summer to almost exclude the foliage from view. It is this flowering habit that has given rise to one of the plant's common names, "Snow-in-Summer".
ContentRoses are easily one of the most popular and widely cultivated groups of flowering plants.
