Description

Acer palmatum dissectum 'Chantilly Lace'

Chantilly Lace produces beautiful, small lace-like leaves. In Spring, orange/red foliage emerges changing to green in Summer. They then change to golden yellow/red in Autumn. This is a vigorous and extremely hardy variety. Plant in full sun for best Autumn colour.

Banksia integrifolia

Banksia integrifolia or ‘Coastal Banksia’ is a hardy native found down the Eastern coastline of Australia. Often seen in windswept and sculptural shapes along beach fronts, when placed in a less hostile environment, they can become quite beautiful, bushy specimen plants. They grow anywhere between 4m - 10m and 1m - 5m wide, depending on their environment. During autumn and winter their yellow flowers form into large cones, rich with nectar. These stunning flowers attract lots of bird life, particularly cockatoos and honey-eaters. Coastal Banksia is a slow grower and can handle a wide range of soil types. 10" pot size.

Grevillea hybrid

Forest Rambler is a gorgeous, fast growing shrub which has a spread of approximately 2-3 meters. It blooms yellow to pale pink flowers in Spring and bears dark green, oval shaped foliage. Forest Rambler can cope with reasonably cold temperates as well as sub tropical climates. It is drought and frost tolerant. Great for mass planting. Likes well drained soils.

Physocarpus opulifolius

A hardy, deciduous shrub with lobed, burgundy leaves that bears masses of clusters of red flowers in spring. Perfect for adding a splash of colour to the garden and does equally well in garden beds or containers. Tolerant of dry conditions. (Would work perfectly with its 'sister' Angel's Gold Ninebark) Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune to shape if necessary. 8''/20cm pot
