Floribunda rosa 'Bonica Rose'

A very prolific flowering variety with the whole plant literally being covered in small cupped flowers of pretty shell-pink. Long flowering season. Approximately 2ft in height. Available online ONLY - Not in store.

Quercus robur

English Oaks are famous for being solid and strong. The trunk and secondary branches are very solid and are covered in thick blackish-grey bark which makes it quite a sight. The autumn foliage is a rich, dark brown. As the foliage is smaller than other deciduous trees, fallen leaves are not particularly difficult to eliminate and will not clog drains. 10"/25cm pot

Anthriscus cerefolium

Chervil, sometimes called garden chervil or French parsley, is a delicate annual herb related to parsley. This plant is a native to the Caucasus, which is a mountainous region between Turkey and Russia. Chervil was spread through Europe by the Romans, and is now naturalised. The plants can grow up to 70cm tall and 30cm wide, and produces small white flowers. This herb is referred to as gourmet's parsley, and is used particularly in France to season poultry, seafood, spring veg, soups and sauces. It has a faint taste of liquorice and aniseed. Chervil is one of the four French "fines herbes" which are essential to French cooking. The other three are tarragon, chives and parsley. Unlike stronger herbs like thyme and rosemary which can withstand long cooking times, these "fines herbes" are added at the last minute. Traditionally, chervil has had many medicinal uses. It has claimed to be used as a digestive aid, for lowering blood pressure, and used infused with vinegar for curing hiccups! It has also been used as a mild stimulant. It prefers a cool and moist location, and regular harvesting of leaves helps to prevent it rapidly going to seed, which will bring the plant to the end of its production.

Hydrangea macrophylla

Perfection is a small shrub with extra sturdy stems that hold the double blooms upright. Having a compact, rounded form it is suitable for small gardens and containers. Grow in part shade to prevent too much fading of the flowers. The dark green foliage provides a great backdrop for the bright pink mophead flowers. 2Ltr pot

Ulmus parvifolia

The bark of the Chinese Elm is a real stand out feature, as the tree sheds it in patches, creating the effect of a tapestry of varying browns and greys. Foliage is lush, shiny and green, and the tree is semi deciduous, turning golden in autumn, and keeping its leaves in warmer areas. It has also been noted by many Aussie gardeners in recent years that native birds enjoy the fruit of the Chinese Elm.

Aeonium arboreum

The Houseleek succulent makes highly decorative small to medium sized succulent with rosettes of triangular leaves, some are densely covered by silvery-white hairs, other have grey-green leaves or will turn bright red in full sun. Unlike uncountable more or less robust hybrids, the real, very robust species offered here are hardly known and very rare.

Polygala myrtifolia x dalmaisiana

Polygala Dazzler is a shrub that originates from South Africa and has attractive, almost year round, purple pea-like flowers on light green foliage. It makes a great flowering hedge. Polygala Dazzler prefers a well-drained position, but tolerates poor soils, frost and dry conditions. Pruning in early Spring will encourage bushiness and flowers. Best feed regularly with a slow release fertiliser. 10" pot size.
Hydrangea macrophylla Miss Saori is a compact, deciduous shrub with dark green foliage flushed with dark red in spring and autumn. The flowers are produced on both old and new wood, extending the flowering period from midsummer to mid-autumn. The mophead flowers have double florets, and each pale pink petal has a dark pink rim.
ContentRoses are easily one of the most popular and widely cultivated groups of flowering plants. Numerous different cultivars have been produced over the last two centuries, although roses have been grown for millennia before their popularity bloomed. Renowned for their flowers and beauty, they are also loved for other reasons such as their fruit. The rose hip can be made into an old fashioned jam. Roses range in size and variety from your standard and bush roses to climbers and weeping varieties. Amongst all their beautiful colours, varieties and fragrances there is bound to be the perfect rose out there for your garden.
