Clary Sage is a flowering perennial herb with pretty mauve-purple and white flowers and is very easy to grow. It has many uses such as; upset stomachs and other digestive disorders, kidney diseases, menstrual cramps, symptoms of menopause, anxiety, stress, and many other conditions. It is also made into essential oils and used as a fragrance in soaps.
