Allium vineale

Australian grown Garlic is an ancient bulbing vegetable that everyone knows is a tasty addition to almost every meal! Growing garlic is extremely easy, but you will need patience as some crops take up to 7 months to be ready. It does not require much room at all. Garlic is also excellent for therapeutic purposes.
