With beautiful flowers which are a deep, red-purple colour creating an effect that looks almost unbelievably rich. A great specimen tree, in Autumn the Purple Crab Apple has dark purple fruit and leaves which turn shades of yellow and red. 13" pot size. | Liriodendron tulipifera fastigiata The Tulip Tree is a beautiful tall tree with large leaves that have a lovely shape and smooth soft texture. A fast growing deciduous hardwood tree. Tulip trees have striking yellow-green orange flecked coloured flowers. They are solitary flowers that sit in the extreme-most upper branches. The flowers resemble tulips, hence the name. This variety 'fastigiata' is a straight/upright/narrow growing tree making it perfect for smaller areas. | Pinus patulaA tall, evergreen pine tree with a distinctive drooping habit. Pale green to yellowish green needles are held in groups of three. Useful as a specimen tree in large parks. Frost and drought tolerant. Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears.
