10"/25cm pot | Prunus avium 'Lapins'
The Lapins Cherry produce a large, dark fleshed fruit that is blissfully sweet. It is a late maturing cherry, the heavy crops of fruit appearing late in the season. Lapins are self-fertile, however they produce better from cross-pollination with another cherry tree of the same or a different variety, such as the Stella cherry.
For a good crop of fruit, be sure to plant in a sunny position in fertile, well-draining soil and keep up the watering during summer. They would benefit from a feed in spring and summer whilst it is producing your juicy fruit!
And don't forget to net your cherry trees! The "avium" in their name is latin for BIRD, for a reason you can probably guess!
10" pot size | Juniperus horizontalis
Blue Rug Juniper is one of the finest varieties of junipers. It has intense silver-blue evergreen foliage and grows to a hight of around 15cm tall and 6-8ft wide. It has a moderate growth rate.
Blue Rug Juniper prefers a full sunlight position. Excellent for large scale ground-covers. This plant adapts well to cold conditions. Requires little watering once established. | Washingtonia robusta
Common names: Mexican Cotton Fan Palm, Mexican Fan Palm, Mexican washingtonia, Washingtonia palm.
The Mexican Cotton Fan Palm is a medium-tall sized palm originating from Mexico. It can reach a mature height of 7m in Victoria's climate. It has large fan like fronds with remnant threads of foliage that appear like ‘cotton’ hanging from between frond segments. It is tough, drought and frost tolerant when established! It is a perfect addition for features and tropical gardens.
100 litre pot. | Pyrus calleryana 'Winter Glow'
The only evergreen ornamental pear currently on the market, making it a highly sought after specimen tree.
• Spring blossoms on semi bare branches
