Description	Pittosporum eugenioides variegata Pittosporum eugenioides variegatum (Lemonwood or Tarata) has glossy pale green oval shaped leaves with crimpled edges and produces cream flowers which are scented in Spring and Summer like honey. The leaves are lemon scented when crushed. A fantastic tree for screening. Can also be used as a specimen tree or in parks and gardens.	Olea europaea  Swan Hill Olive is a unique and elegant evergreen tree that grows to a large size of approximately 34ft in height. Likes moist to dry soils and is drought tolerant. Swan Hill should be planted in a position of full sun to partial shade. This tree has a very long life span and strong branches. It bears grey green foliage and light gray scaly bark. Please note, Swan Hill variety is a very low fruiting Olive, mainly used for screening and not fruiting.	Citrus fortunella margarita x japonica 'Meiwa'  Meiwa Cumquat is closest to the Marumi cumquat, known for being the sweetest cumquat around, it can be eaten fresh, preserved, candied or made into marmalade. It produces bright colored round to oval shaped sweet fruits with an edible rind & flesh with soft seeds in the interior. Being a dwarf variety, gradual height will be between 1-2m tall.
