Description

Prunus cerasifera elvins

Tis called a plum! But a fruiting plum it is not! The Elvins Flowering Plum is a perfect little round deciduous tree with stunning autumn colours, come spring time pops of blossom unfurl into white flowers which magically change colour to coral pink. What a journey! The best option for a smaller garden as this tree may be little but mighty in personality. Loves full sun and moist well draining soil. Grows approximately H: 3 Meters W: 3 Meters 8"/20cm pot size.

Washingtonia robusta

Common names: Mexican Cotton Fan Palm, Mexican Fan Palm, Mexican washingtonia, Washingtonia palm. The Mexican Cotton Fan Palm is a medium-tall sized palm originating from Mexico. It can reach a mature height of 7m in Victoria's climate. It has large fan like fronds with remnant threads of foliage that appear like ‘cotton’ hanging from between frond segments. It is tough, drought and frost tolerant when established! It is a perfect addition for features and tropical gardens. 100 litre pot.

Lavandula angustifolia "Hidcote"

Hidcote Lavender is a dwarf bush with aromatic silver-green leaves bearing slender spikes of dark purple-blue flowers during spring and summer. The flowers are darker in colour than Munstead lavendar, and Hidcote does not grow as tall. 6" pot size, approximately 8-20cm in height.

Agave geminiflora

Twin Flower Agave is a perfect architectural feature plant for containers, desert gardens, waterwise planting. It can grow in both full sun, and full shade; cold tolerant to around -5C. Requires low maintenance. These plants have an interesting life cycle, flowers after around ten years with a huge 4m spike of yellow blooms, usually dying afterwards. What a way to go out.
