| Description | Hardenbergia violacea
Happy Wanderer is the most well known variety of this popular native climber. With its vigorous climbing habit it is a useful plant for covering fences and similar objects or used as a spreading ground cover.
Happy Wanderer's leaves are glossy green in colour and the flowers are a vibrant rich violet-mauve in colour. They are borne profusely from Winter to early Spring. Likes a full sun to part shade position. | Acer Palmatum "Pixie"
The 'Pixie' maple is a beautiful little tree, similar to the 'Bloodgood' but smaller. Still sporting that beautiful array of deep scarlet to firery red foliage and only growing a few metres tall, this little maple is a must have!

The Venus flytrap are carnivorous plants that catches and eats it's prey (Flies, spiders, mites and ticks) with a trapping structure formed by each of the plant's leaves, that is triggered by it's tiny hairs on their inner surfaces.
It thrives in s live in moist, damp, sandy based soils near swamps. They somehow attract insects with their bright coloured leaves and sweet scent. They can be kept indoors in a sunny hot position, but keep their colour better outdoors in full sun. They do have a dormancy over winter and their leaves will turn purple/brown. They will rest until rapid increase in daylight increases, watering may be reduced but should not dry out.

The secret with pleaching is that ficus are evergreen and pleach very easily, and are very lush and are fantastic for doing a pleached hedge.
Also as Ficus hedge plants have gotten a bit of a bad name for growing an aggressive root system. The pleaching effect actually keeps the roots under control and allows for you to grow these Ficus in very confined spaces and gardens.
