Philadelphus ‘Manteau d hermine’ Mock Orange

A wonderful small shrub with lime green lance shaped leaves, that produces upright sprays of gorgeous, round, double white flowers with a lovely citrus/orange fragrance, hence the common name, Mock Orange. Plant in full sun to part shade, it is frost tolerant and drought hardy, reaching 1x1m.
