Prickly leaf Paper bark Myrtle may reach a height of 20 metres. The papery bark peels off in strips. It has dark green, long, ovate prickly leaves (Provides nesting sites for small native birds) and from spring fluffy creamy white flowers are produced attracting bees and butterflies.
