Monty’s Surprise Apples have bright red skin when ripe and delicious crisp white flesh. This variety had been bred with very high antioxident levels.
Apples require a full sun position in well-fertilised soil, correct pruning, regular fertilising and watering will result in abundant fruit. This variety needs another variety to produce a good crop. Suitable pollinators are Leprechaun, Pinkabelle, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Red Fuji, Gala, and Crisps Pink (Pink Lady).
