Description

Lavandula angustifolia

Traditionally English Lavender was grown for its heavenly fragrance, used in oils and potpourri. • Small, slender blue-ish purple flowers on tall stems above the foliage • Grown in pots, as a hedge or in the cottage garden to attract bees and butterflies Tolerates drought and dry conditions, preferring well drained soils 6"/14cm pot

Rosa hybrid tea 'Perfume Delight Rose'

Perfume Delight Rose is named, rightly so, for it's lovely fragrance. It is a vigorous, upright growing bush with large, well formed blooms of a deep pink. Available as a 3ft standard, 4ft standard and bush rose. 8" pot size. Available online ONLY - Not in store.

Quercus robur

English Oaks are famous for being solid and strong. The trunk and secondary branches are very solid and are covered in thick blackish-grey bark which makes it quite a sight. The autumn foliage is a rich, dark brown. As the foliage is smaller than other deciduous trees, fallen leaves are not particularly difficult to eliminate and will not clog drains. 10"/25cm pot

Malus domestica

Jonathan is an intensely flavoured apple with crisp yellowish flesh. Fruits March through April. This is one of the older and most popular variety. Grows to a height of around 2m with a similar sized width. Jonathan likes a position of full sunlight or partial shade. It has a high drought tolerance and can handle a wide range of soil conditions. This apple tree requires minimum maintenance. 13"/33cm pot - Super dwarf variety, maturing to only 1.8m tall.
ContentRoses are easily one of the most popular and widely cultivated groups of flowering plants. Numerous different cultivars have been produced over the last two centuries although roses have been grown for millennia before their popularity bloomed. Renown for their flowers and beauty they are also loved for other reasons such as their fruit, the rose hip which can be made into an old fashioned jam or for garden uses such as ground covers and hedging. Roses range in size and variety from your standard and bush roses right up there with your climbers and weeping varieties, amongst all their beautiful colour, variety and hardy nature there is bound to be the perfect rose out there for your garden.
