| Description | Malus domesticaGolden Delicious apples are yellow and very sweet. The fruit features a fairly thin skin that makes it easy to eat. Golden Delicious apple trees have white blooms and dark green foliage. They pollinate many other apple varieties, so are a good apple tree to include in your collection. Remember that apple trees need to be planted near other apple trees so that they can polinate eachother and produce fruit. Ideal companions for Golden Delicious apple trees are Fuji, Red Delicious and Pink Lady. This is because they all flower at a similar time. 16''/40cm pot The term 'Serpentine' describes the configuration of the espalier, characterised by a robust central leader that has been shaped into an 'S' form. | Banksia marginata 'Silver Banksia'A classic woody native Australian shrub, Banksias are great for a low maintenance garden and create interest with their recognizable flower cones.
