100 litre pot. | Escallonia Iveyi
Escallonia Iveyi is a quick growing, evergreen plant with fragrant white flowers in summer. Ideal for hedges, borders or screening.
It is particulary hardy and will cope with coastal conditions as well as a hot, dry location, but does not cope with humidity. Frost hardy and drought tolerant once established. Plant 70cm apart for hedges and borders.
6" pot size, approximately 15-25cm in height. | Loropetalum chinense
Loropetalums are lovely low growing, sprawling shrubs that work well as a combination shrub and groundcover. Loropetalum Blush has burgundy foliage with pink flowers in Spring and Summer.
Use Loropetalums to underplant trees, cover beds or as an informal or border around stone walls or in pots. A good evergreen alternative to carpet roses. Needs some pruning to keep it under 1 meter tall. | Carpinus Betulus 'Pendula'
The Weeping European Hornbeam is a magnificent and graceful tree that is tough and can withstand harsh temperatures and climates. It is easy to grow and maintain. Deciduous, it puts on a show of golden yellow Autumn colour and lets light in through Winter.
This is a grafted Weeping Tree, which means it has been created with a tall straight trunk, and will not grow taller than roughly 5-6ft, instead getting a fuller head and thicker trunk with maturity. |
