Description

Syzygium Australe "Hinterland Gold"

Hinterland Gold is a fast growing upright tall shrub/small tree. It bears aesthetic glossy green leaves with it's new growth being coppery-gold in colour. Gold produces small white flowers in summer followed by purple berries in Autumn. Hinterland Gold can be placed in a position of full sunlight or partial shade. This shrub is ideal for a fast growing privacy screen. Tolerates dry conditons once established and is relatively frost tolerant.

Salvia farinacea x longispicata

Indigo Spires is a garden classic that grows up to 1.3 meters with a sprawling habit. The plant can become very heavy under its own weight and the branches may arch as they strain with the long blooming period. The flowers are a blue-violet colour, with deeper purple undertones. It does not have its own botanical name but does have a relative in the newer called Mystic Spires. The salvia Mystic Spires is a more compact, but wider plant with similar flower spikes.

Banksia ericifolia

A terrific hardy small shrub which can be used for low hedging and screening as well as a lovely feature plant, and does well in coastal gardens.  It has attractive orange flowers with maroon styles and whitish perianth from winter through spring, and they are highly attractive to large and small honey eating birds and insects. It suits a wide range of conditions and soils, including dry and partly shaded spots, where it will still flower. It is a very easy care plant.  It can also be pruned into a more dense shape, this is best done in autumn and after flowering. It is a more compact form of Banksia ericifolia. 10''/25cm pot

Fragaria x ananassa 'Red Gauntlet'

High yielding strawberry plant with deliciously, juicy aromatic fruit.

• Very hardy, preferring a full sun position in moist, slightly acidic soil • Resistant to fungal diseases • Fruit has pink flesh, sweet flavour with a hint of tartness

Calibrachoa hybrid

Calibrachoa ‘Double Orangetastic’ is a vibrant, trailing plant known for its stunning double blooms featuring fiery orange petals with rich red centers. Perfect for hanging baskets, garden beds, or decorative pots, it provides a dazzling display of colour from spring through late autumn.
  • Sunlight: Prefers full sun to part shade
  • Watering: Keep soil evenly moist but not soggy
  • Soil: Well-drained, fertile potting mix
10"/25cm hanging basket
ContentIndigo Spires is a hardy plant, loves neglect and tolerates drought conditions. Regular deep watering will improve performance though. This is also a salvia that thrives in heat and humidity, which is good news for those in more tropical areas. Like most salvias, Indigo Spires does not like wet feet, so good drainage is important even though humidity is welcomed. If salvias spend winter in water logged ground, they will generally suffer and subsequently the plant dies.
