Meyer Lemon Tree is one of the most, if not the most, popular citrus tree for home gardens. This tree usually grows to to about 13 feet, which makes it one of the smaller lemon trees around.
The lemons produces by this tree are smooth and thin skinned and are not as large as the lemons from Eureka or Lisbon but are a more attractive looking, which could well be the reason why they are more popular at supermarkets. They prefer warm climates and are actually pretty hardy.
