Description

Lavandula angustifolia

Traditionally English Lavender was grown for its heavenly fragrance, used in oils and potpourri. • Small, slender blue-ish purple flowers on tall stems above the foliage • Grown in pots, as a hedge or in the cottage garden to attract bees and butterflies Tolerates drought and dry conditions, preferring well drained soils 6"/14cm pot

Rosa floribunda

Impala Rose produces masses of fluffy apricot-orange flowers from spring through summer. It has vigorous upright growth, a light fragrance, and can handle frosts when established. Plant in full sun with well-drained soil. 3ft Standard.
Ficus rubiginosa Port Jackson Fig Tree is a perfect feature tree with an incredible root system. When the climate suits, the plant grows much larger, sending down aerial roots from the tree which, when they reach the ground quickly form roots and become much thicker. They supply nutrients to the fig, allowing it to grow faster than the host tree. The aerial roots gradually encircle the host tree, preventing its main trunk from expanding. Despite the relatively large size of the leaves, it is popular for bonsai.
  • Evergreen feature tree
  • Tolerates coastal areas
  • Excellent shade tree
20 litre pot

Rosa hybrid tea

Mr Lincoln is a beautifully high held, vigorous rose with bright red petals and a strong sweet fragrance. Fantastic for bouquets and cut flowers, mass planting, rose & cottage gardens. Place in well drained soil, in a full sun position. Available in many variations.
ContentFicus rubiginosa Port Jackson Fig, Rusty Fig or called 'Damun' in the Dharug language. A large, fast-growing tropical tree with evergreen foliage native to eastern Australia. It has a large spreading growth, smooth grey trunks with buttresses and oval-shaped deep green leaves with velvety brown underneath. It prefers rich fertile soil and has high water needs, particularly during summer when young. It will withstand coastal exposure but needs protection from strong winds.  Roses are easily one of the most popular and widely cultivated groups of flowering plants. Numerous different cultivars have been produced over the last twu centuries, although roses have been grown for millennia before their popularity bloomed. Renowned for their flowers and beauty, they are also loved for other reasons such as their fruit. The rose hip can be made into an old fashioned jam. Roses range in size and variety from your standard and bush roses to climbers and weeping varieties. Amongst all their beautiful colours, varieties and fragrances there is bound to be the perfect rose out there for your garden.
