Japanese Plum Yew have an excellent tolerance for both shade and hot weather which makes this species quite valuable. It is also drought tolerant. | Ilex aquifoliumSilver Queen Holly is a dense compact holly that bears distinctive silver margins on its spiny and glossy green leaves. The stems and young foliage are purple. The female will produce red berries when pollinated by a male.
