| Description | Choisya ternata
Mexican Orange Blossom is so named as it's flowers are of a similar nature and scent to an orange tree! The foliage is a mid to light green and is covered with masses of scented white flowers through Spring and Summer.
This attractive shrub will grow to approx. 1.5 - 2m, but is happy to be clipped to suit. As a result it can be also used as a hedge or screen. It is best grown in full sun or part shade and is reasonably frost tolerant. | Quercus robur
English Oaks are famous for being solid and strong. The trunk and secondary branches are very solid and are covered in thick blackish-grey bark which makes it quite a sight.
The autumn foliage is a rich, dark brown. As the foliage is smaller than other deciduous trees, fallen leaves are not particularly difficult to eliminate and will not clog drains.
10"/25cm pot | Camellia sasanqua
Camellia "Asakura" is an evergreen shrub that grows to over 3m tall. In Winter it bears large semi double white flowers with large gold stamens. Young flowers can have a pinkish edge on the petals. Plant in a sunny position in rich well drained soil. Water well and mulch in hotter months. Fertilise and prune lightly in Spring.
8" pot size. | Jasminum polyanthum 'Florist Jasmine'
Jasmine polyanthum, also known as 'White Jasmine' or 'Pink Jasmine' is a very vigorous evergreen climber with little pink buds that burst into deliciously scented white flowers. Can be grown in full sun to part shade positions and can be easily grown in pots or along fences as coverage.
Vigorous - so use caution when planting in more rural gardens close to bush land.
It is recommended to be kept in pots or containers to control it for minimum maintenance.
3" pot size. | Banksia marginata 'Silver Banksia'
A classic woody native Australian shrub, Banksias are great for a low maintenance garden and create interest with their recognizable flower cones. Silver Banksias will grow to the size of a large shrub and and good for screening. They're also great for coastal areas, as they're naturally found by the sea and tolerate sand and salt.
