Cornus kousa var Chinensis, Kousa Dogwood, Chinese Dogwood

This is arguably the world's most beautiful dogwood, with a fabulous show of white flowers in spring, and magnificent autumn colour. A beautiful small (up to 4m) deciduous feature tree and is extremely beautiful when in bloom. Flowering season is late spring, weeks after the tree puts on foliage again. 8" pot size

Angophora costata

The Smooth Barked Apple is an attractive Australian native tree, best loved for its peeling salmon pink to pale grey bark. Foliage is curved and waxy with older green leaves contrasting with red new growth on twisted upper branches. Small white flowers are borne in mass in Spring, leading to small gum nuts that are not problematic for lawnmowers. The Rose Gum/Smooth Barked Apple is a stately shade tree, commonly planted in parks, avenues and used in mass plantings. Very useful for sandy, dry areas.

Capsicum frutescens

Cayenne is a neat growing plant producing long, extra hot chillies. This looks very attractive as an ornamental plant in containers. Thrives in a full sun location. Water seedlings regularly until established and occasionally as plants mature. Mulch plants to retain moisture in the soil. Grows to approximately 45cm in height. The chillies are great for adding spice to meals and dishes. 4"/10cm pot
