| Description | Hebe franciscanaAn evergreen shrub with variegated leaves that are glossy with green and edged in cream and silver. For a long period from spring to autumn masses of purple flower spikes appear. It thrives in both sun and light shade and will withstand strong coastal winds. Mature growth: 1m h x 60cm w. 6''/14cm pot | Decorative Terracotta indoor and outdoor use for feature plants. Great alone or try clustering different sizes to make an attractive feature.
| Quercus roburEnglish Oaks are famous for being solid and strong. The trunk and secondary branches are very solid and are covered in thick blackish-grey bark which makes it quite a sight. The autumn foliage is a rich, dark brown. As the foliage is smaller than other deciduous trees, fallen leaves are not particularly difficult to eliminate and will not clog drains. 10"/25cm pot | Tilliandsias These plants are especially favoured for their minimal care requirements. They thrive in bright, indirect light and need only occasional misting or soaking to stay healthy. Their adaptability makes them perfect for creative displays—whether mounted on driftwood, nestled in cork bark, or arranged in decorative containers, air plants add a unique, low-maintenance touch to any space. A selection of varieties handpicked by our staff. Size (appox 8cm x 8cm) | ||||
| Content | Tillandsias, commonly known as air plants, are intriguing epiphytic bromeliads native to Central and South America. Unlike most plants, they do not require soil to grow. Instead, they absorb water and nutrients directly through specialised cells on their leaves called trichomes, allowing them to thrive while attached to trees, rocks, or other surfaces.
Air plants are celebrated for their striking diversity in shape, texture, and colour. Some varieties boast spiky leaves, others have soft, fuzzy surfaces, and some display dramatic, tentacle-like forms.
