The Cut-Leaf Birch is a very graceful tree with distinctive feathery foliage and fine white bark. It is slender and graceful enough to be a part of a small garden without appearing too dominant, and is also effective in larger areas planted alone or in groups. A moderate growing and medium sized tree, ideal for either a small garden setup or even a larger forest-like vista, this tree will grow well in most soils in a sunny to part shade position. A beautiful specimen tree not to be looked over!
10"/25cm pot size | Lavandula angustifolia
Traditionally English Lavender was grown for its heavenly fragrance, used in oils and potpourri.
• Small, slender blue-ish purple flowers on tall stems above the foliage
• Grown in pots, as a hedge or in the cottage garden to attract bees and butterflies
• Tolerates drought and dry conditions, preferring well drained soils
6"/14cm pot | Camellia sasanqua
Pure Silk Camellias feature beautiful white blooms with hints of pink at the edges, which appear in Autumn and early Winter to add colour to the garden when other plants are going dormant. The buds are also pink before opening. Like most Camillias, they also have lovely green glossy foliage all year round.
Pure Silk Camellias grow into large shrubs which makes them excellent for screening - they will grow up to 6 meters high and 4 meters wide. They can actually be clipped into a formal hedge or left to grow more naturally.
8" pot size. | Gardenia jasminoides
Golden Magic is an evergreen shrub with shiny green foliage which bears prolific amounts of delightful, heavily perfumed flowers beginning as snow white and turning to a butter like yellow, and finally gold.
Golden Magic should be watered frequently especially when flowering, prefers to be placed in a position of partial shade. These plants are great as a hedge when planted en masse or work well as a pot plant.
