Artemesia arborescens 'Silver Wormwood'

Silver Wormwood is a woody, evergreen shrub with silver foliage and yellow flowers.  Wormwood is used in many ways in the kitchen, mostly in French cuisine, however it has a bitter acquired taste. Traditionally for medicinal purposes was made into a tea, usually paired with mint to mask bitter taste. Due to its anti inflammatory and anti histamine properties it has been used to treat dermatitis, allergies, itchiness, asthma, asthmatic bronchitis and hay fever. The essential oil of this plant (used only externally) is used as an insect repellent. Today is used more as decoration in the garden, due to its soft, feathery, silver foliage. Silver Wormwood can grow up to 1m tall, and is extremely hardy and drought resistant. It prefers a position of full sun in sandy, well drained soil. 4" pot size.

Rosa Hybrid Tea

Gold Medal Rose has light yellow blooms with a flush of pink on it's edges that are beautifully fragrant. 8''/20cm pot - approx 3ft tall (90cm) Available online ONLY - Not in store.

Choisya ternata

Mexican Orange Blossom is so named as it's flowers are of a similar nature and scent to an orange tree! The foliage is a mid to light green and is covered with masses of scented white flowers through Spring and Summer. This attractive shrub will grow to approx. 1.5 - 2m, but is happy to be clipped to suit. As a result it can be also used as a hedge or screen. It is best grown in full sun or part shade and is reasonably frost tolerant.

Rosa banksiae

The Banksia Rose is a tough evergreen climbing rose with soft ruffled yellow flowers which appear in Spring. Like Iceberg Roses, it's prized as a disease resistant and hardy rose. It works well as a groundcover rose or a climber when given a support such as a trellis. The Banksia rose is an incredibly useful and versatile climber or groundcover as it is low maintenance, thornless and tolerates full sun and part shade. 6"/14cm pot size.
