Common names: Carolina jessamine, Yellow jessamine, Evening Trumpetflower, Swamp Jessamine.
A gorgeous evergreen twining vine that will climb trees, scramble over fences and structures. It produces gorgeous fragrant yellow trump shaped flowers with waxy green leaves.
Caution: This plant contains the toxic strychnine-related alkaloids gelsemine and gelseminine and should not be consumed. The sap may cause skin irritation in sensitive individuals.
