Description

Lagerstroemia indica x fauriei 'Tuscarora'

'Tuscarora' is one of the best of the dark fuchsia-pink flowering Lagerstroemia's. The flowers and highly ornamental bark make this tough small tree a useful specimen or screening tree. Crepe Myrtles are adaptable to a range of conditions, heat and some dryness but requires adequate moisture during establishment. So can also be used well as a street tree. Mature growth: 6m x 4m wide.

Wisteria sinensis 'Alba'

Chinese White Wisteria is the gorgeous white variety of the highly popular Wisteria sinensis. The sinensis varieties are very popular due to their blooms appearing on bare vines in the spring, before the leaves appear. It makes for a gorgeous feature of solid, fragrant colour. Wisteria sinensis is a very hardy twisting vine that prefers a full sun position in a moist, well drained humus soil. The gorgeous white flowers of the Wisteria sinensis 'Alba' are slightly smaller than that of the Wisteria floribunda 'Alba', hanging 18-30cm long off the vine. See our Wisteria Factsheet here for more about the different Wisteria varieties!

Pittosporum tenuifolium

Wonder Screen is a new form of Pittosporum that is noted for its dense and tighter habit. Similar to 'Silver Sheen' foliage it produces a striking mix of silver and green with dark stems. Although this variety is tolerant of most soil types it prefers a well drained soil in a full sun to semi shade position. Grows to approximately 2-4m in height.

Pittosporum tenuifolium

Another fantastic variety of Pittosporum, fast growing hedging or screening plant. Golden sheen features golden and green wavy leaves and black stems. Requires a full sun to part shade position for best results. Mature growth: 3m
