Description

Callistemon "Candy Pink"

Candy Pink is a medium shrub that is incredibly adaptable. Its large flower spikes are a lovely dark pink colour and are borne in flushes virtually all year round after a flush of new growth happens. Candy Pink requires low maintenance and is suitable for coastal gardens. It is drought resistant. Likes a position of full sunlight to light shade. 6" pot size.

Prunus avium

Stella Cherry trees have dark red heart shaped fruit with a delicious sweet flavour. They're a popular home garden variety with fruit ripening in mid December. Expect your first fruit when the plant is around 3 years old. It requires a full sun position with protection from wind but does not require a cross pollinator to bear fruit. While Stella Cherry trees are self pollinating, it's good to plant more than one variety to ensure they put out a good crop of fruit and to extend the fruiting season. Don't forget to net your cherry trees. The "avium" in their name is latin for BIRD, for a reason you can probably guess. 16"/40cm pot size.

Escallonia Iveyi

Escallonia Iveyi is a quick growing, evergreen plant with fragrant white flowers in summer. Ideal for hedges, borders or screening. It is particulary hardy and will cope with coastal conditions as well as a hot, dry location, but does not cope with humidity. Frost hardy and drought tolerant once established.  Plant 70cm apart for hedges and borders. 6" pot size, approximately 15-25cm in height.

Lonicera nitida

Fast growing, fine leaf box hedging and topiary plant with a defined edge. • Get your box hedge or topiary twice as fast! • Responds very well to pruning, becoming beautifully dense • Tolerates very poor soils and hot conditions

Hydrangea paniculata

In America and Europe standard hydrangea are popular and often called hydrangea trees. For the first time I have ever seen in Australia we have 10” pots in standards. Kyushu Hydrangea trees need to be grown in good soil with plenty of moisture, this will make them thrive in full sun. They are easy to shape, prune, and maintain with magnificent spikes of brilliant white flowers. Plant in pots or garden beds. Kyushu has attractive, dense, rich, green foliage combined with its spectacular flowers, making it ideal as an exciting, small, feature tree. 10''/25 cm pot - Standard
ContentBoxOz Lonicera has been specially developed by Chris, and is our exclusive hedging plant. It has a deeper green foliage, a denser finish and more clearly defined shape than the traditional English Box. BoxOz Lonicera is the best plant with which to create your perfect hedge or border as it grows quickly and once your hedge has developed its easy to maintain with only a few trimmings a year. New shoots are soft and easy to cut and trimming is an effortless relaxing experience. Some traditional hedging plants grow only an inch or two a year. BoxOz Lonicera will produce a calf high border in under twelve months, a knee high hedge in around 18 months, and a waist high hedge in 30 months. Almost any soil is suitable, as long as it is not too swampy. Fertilise your BoxOz Lonicera occasionally with a complete fertiliser, and water as required.
