Eucalyptus ‘Square Fruited Mallee’ 6″ Pot

An attractive small to medium mallee shrub characterized by an open growth habit. It features smooth grey bark that sheds in late summer and autumn. In the spring and summer, it produces large, square, vibrant red buds and flowers. The leaves are thick and sizable. This plant thrives in full sunlight within semi-arid environments, although its growth rate diminishes in cooler climates. It is resistant to smog and adapts well to container gardening. Should the plant become leggy over time, it can be pruned back to ground level to promote rejuvenation.
