| Description | Phoenix roebelenii 'Pygmy Date Palm'Date Palms feature an interesting, classic palm trunk that forms and grows larger as it matures. They have a crown of elegant dark green lacy fronds cascading from the top of this. A mature Date Palm will reach 2-3 meters tall. Old, dead fronds are best pruned off to expose the trunk as the tree ages and to keep it neat. The Date Palm is another good plant for creating a tropical feel in the garden which does well down South. | Acer Palmatum Dissectum "Heartbeat"Heartbeat is a beautiful Weeping Maple with a mounded, mushroom shaped habit. An Australian breed with bright red Spring growth that slowly turns to shades of bronze in Summer and glowing red in Autumn. The leaf colour creates an amazing contrast against yellows and greens in the garden. Grows to approximately 1.5m in height and 2.5m wide. Heartbeat forms a very neat mounding shrub and makes a lovely feature in the garden or in a patio pot.
