| Description | Banksia integrifoliaBanksia integrifolia or ‘Coastal Banksia’ is a hardy native found down the Eastern coastline of Australia. Often seen in windswept and sculptural shapes along beach fronts, when placed in a less hostile environment, they can become quite beautiful, bushy specimen plants. They grow anywhere between 4m - 10m and 1m - 5m wide, depending on their environment. During autumn and winter their yellow flowers form into large cones, rich with nectar. These stunning flowers attract lots of bird life, particularly cockatoos and honey-eaters. Coastal Banksia is a slow grower and can handle a wide range of soil types. 10" pot size. | Pyrus calleryanaA narrow, upright form and an excellent choice for space-restricted or compact areas. Glossy green leaves in Summer, Plentiful white flowers pop up in spring and autumn colour of Reds, Oranges and Purples. Great for fence lines, tree lined driveway, street planting or parks. Grows in a column shape. Can average 8-10m tall. Can be trimmed to keep at 6m if required. 16''/40cm pot | Allocasuarina verticillataThe Drooping Sheoak is a medium sized tree native to Southeast Australia, featuring weeping dark green branches of fine needles. Native to Southeast Australia, it flowers pale brown from Winter to early Spring, and also features small pine-like seed cones. An excellent windbreak in coastal areas and great for shade and shelter, it's round headed shape also make the Drooping Sheoak a good specimen tree or street tree. Can grow in even the most difficult soils and will tolerate coastal or even the hottest conditions. | ||||||||||||||
