Description

Betula pendula youngii 'Weeping Silver Birch'

Weeping Silver Birch is a beautiful tree that is medium sized. Grows best in a position of full sun to partial shade. Silver Birch is great for larger gardens and parks etc. It's bark remains white at the base. This tree is easy to grow and will thrive in most types of soil. This Weeping Silver Birch is deciduous and bears lovely small green leaves. 12" pot size, approximately 6ft tall.

Buxus microphylla

Korean Box is a fantastic compact shrub with long but finer leaves than most buxus. It's foliage is a bright green long oval shape with gloss. It is one of the lowest growing buxus and so is ideal for box hedging, however it can tend to turn yellow in full sun, so it will prefer a part shade/filtered light position. Korean box is one of the slower growing varieties and is great in pots or as topiary's. This plant has a moderate growth rate that grows to approximately 50-60cm in height. Plant every 20cm - 5 per meter for an optimum hedge.

Rosa Hybrid Tea

Peace Rose is bushy and vigorous in growth, and the blooms are flushed with pink and fragrant. Available as a climber, 2ft standard, 3ft standard and bush rose. This rose will change colour and sometimes fade, it will produce a mixture of different colours throughout the season. 10" pot size, approximately 4ft in height. Available online ONLY - Not in-store.

Rubus trivialis

Blackberry 'Waldo' is an early fruiting and thornless variety. It is a deciduous shrub with thornless canes bearing lobed, dark green leaves and white flowers from late spring into summer followed by large, glossy, black fruit ready for harvest in midsummer. 6"/14cm pot

ContentRoses are easily one of the most popular and widely cultivated groups of flowering plants. Numerous different cultivars have been produced over the last two centuries although roses have been grown for millennia before their popularity bloomed. Renown for their flowers and beauty they are also loved for other reasons such as their fruit, the rose hip which can be made into an old fashioned jam or for garden uses such as ground covers and hedging. Roses range in size and variety from your standard and bush roses right up there with your climbers and weeping varieties, amongst all their beautiful colour, variety and hardy nature there is bound to be the perfect rose out there for your garden.
