Description

Olea europaea

Swan Hill Olive is a unique and elegant evergreen tree that grows to a large size of approximately 34ft in height. Likes moist to dry soils and is drought tolerant. Swan Hill should be planted in a position of full sun to partial shade. This tree has a very long life span and strong branches. It bears grey green foliage and light gray scaly bark. Please note, Swan Hill variety is a very low fruiting Olive, mainly used for screening and not fruiting.

Grevillea hybrid

Vibrant red, spindly flowers contrast beautifully with the compact foliage of this popular native shrub. An excellent choice as a feature shrub or groundcover, plant it amongst rockeries, or as a feature plant in pots on patios or balconies. Flowers appear all year attracting native wildlife, bees, nectar-eating birds and butterflies. This tough native shrub will thrive in any garden and will tolerate drought and frost.
Cercis chinensis  Cercis chinensis ‘Chinese Redbud’ originating from China, is a medium sized deciduous tree that makes a wonderful feature, shade tree or mass planted along driveways and Avenue’s. In late spring before the foliage re-appears, the branches are covered with bright pink flowers. The leaves are large, glossy and heart shaped. The Chinese Redbud is frost hardy, and can grow in sandy and clay soils, providing they are well drained. See our Cercis Factsheet here for more about the different Cercis varieties!
