A narrow, upright form and an excellent choice for space-restricted or compact areas. Glossy green leaves in Summer, Plentiful white flowers pop up in spring and autumn colour of Reds, Oranges and Purples. Great for fence lines, tree lined driveway, street planting or parks. Grows in a column shape. Can average 8-10m tall. Can be trimmed to keep at 6m if required. 16''/40cm pot

Syzygium paniculatum 'Backyard Bliss'

Backyard Bliss hedge has superpowers! Because it's Insect and psyllid resistant, how amazing! Its a dense, glossy green leaved native shrub with coppery orange new growth. Great for hedging, doesn't need a lot of pruning and is fast growing. This variety is a great choice as a dense screen around pools and small gardens or as a topiary. This evergreen has a narrow upright growth habit. Lovely clean glossy appearance that will make your yard a dream look out into. Grows approximately- Height: 3-4 Meters Width: 1.5-2 Meters 16"/40cm pot size. Syzygium Backyard Bliss is highly susceptible to the Lilly Pilly Green Beetle. This Beatle is highly effective at stripping the leaves and foliage. We recommend the following varieties which are resistant to both Lilly Pilly Beetle and Psyllids: Acmena smithii Sublime, Acmena smithii 'minor' varieties, Acmena smithii Firescreen and Acmena smithii Green Screen.
