Description

Lagerstroemia indica

Grande Red™  is a new range of dark-leaved crepe myrtles that are on the market with bright ruby red flowers. They have been bred especially for Australian gardens, so they are heat and frost-tolerant and perfect for smaller-sized gardens. 8"/20cm pot       'Enduring Summer Red' is the first Crepe Myrtle to flower every summer with big blooms of deep red flowers that continue through until late autumn. A compact shrub that adds a splash of color and interest to the garden all year long; with rusty, red-orange autumn foliage that drops in winter, followed by red early spring foliage that turns to green. This compact shrub grows to about 1.5 high and wide. Crepe Myrtle is a small to a medium-sized deciduous shrubby tree that is well adapted to perform beautifully in the Australian heat. Drought tolerant, these trees bear masses of blooms with a crepe-paper like texture in Summer, when nothing much else is flowering. A deciduous tree, the foliage turns bright orange-red in Autumn before falling making it perfect to plant on the northern side of the garden to allow precious Winter sun to shine through. Crepe Myrtle responds well to pruning and is frost hardy and mildew resistant.

Rubus x idaeus

Nootka Raspberries produce a full and heavy crop mid Summer and again in Autumn which allows you access to fresh, delicious raspberries more often!  Growing to approx. 1.2m tall x .5 wide, they prefer a sunny position, with a rich, well drained soil and good Summer watering, and also grow well in pots or tubs.  Get the kids to help gather the fruit and they will not be able to resist sneaking a few into their mouths for a boost of Vitamin C!

Rosa floribunda

Gold Bunny produces large classical shaped golden yellow blooms from Spring to Autumn. It is mass flowering, fragrant, and repeat flowering. Suitable for cut flowers.
