| Description | Syringa vulgaris 'Congo' Lilac'Congo' lilacs are a rich dark purple coloured flower with a wonderful scent. They make a colourful feature plant or garden filler and can even be grown in pots. Lilacs prefer full sun to part shade position in well drained soil with a slightly alkaline pH.
