Description

Eucalyptus wimmerensis

Lovely little flowering gum, the compact size is ideal for suburban gardens and planting in tight spots. Long grey-green leaves provide dappled shade, creamy-white blossoms cover the tree in late summer and autumn when everything else is starting to sleep. Once it's established it's very low maintenance, and resilient in almost any climate. Height 4-5m

Corymbia eximia nana

A dwarf version of Corymbia eximia, the foliage is broad with a strong green colour and may turn a paler yellow/green in the colder months. The trunk adopts a gnarly, crooked appearance with mottled brown bark and in Spring the tree puts on an eye-catching display covering itself in creamy yellow flowers, attracting nectar loving birds. 6-8m x 4-6m wide.

Magnolia grandiflora 'Little Gem'

An evergreen beauty with elegance and class, the 'Little Gem' Magnolia is a very popular garden specimen. Hand-sized white and heavily fragrant flowers against a backdrop of  robust, dark green foliage make this plant a favourite for hedging and feature planting. Tolerating poor soils, heat and frost, they are an ideal plant for the Melbourne and rural Victorian garden. See our Magnolia & Michelia - Evergreen Factsheet here for more about the different Magnolia Michelia varieties!
