| Description | Rheum x cultorum 'Rhubarb Glaskins Perpetual'
An heirloom variety, Glaskins Perpetual produces juicy long red stems with good flavour. It is also a very reliable variety and quick to establish, and this is the only variety that can be harvested late into the season as the oxalic acid content remains low throughout the season.
Prefers a full sun position. Harvest stems in spring to autumn – approx 4 months to first harvest.
See our Rheum Rhubarb Factsheet here for more about the different Rhubarb varieties!
