Dragon's Blood is an attractive evergreen tree that is commonly used as a house plant, but if planted in the ground will grow to a massive and broad tree. The ends of the thick branches hold bunches sword-shaped blue-green leaves. In early Summer appear the greenish-white flowers that are then followed by orange berries. The Smooth Barked Apple is an attractive Australian native tree, best loved for its peeling salmon pink to pale grey bark. Foliage is curved and waxy with older green leaves contrasting with red new growth on twisted upper branches. Small white flowers are borne in mass in Spring, leading to small gum nuts that are not problematic for lawnmowers.

A fast-growing, irregular weeping selection of Atlas cedar with dense, cloaked branches holding clusters of powdery steel-blue needles. Its form is extremely controllable with training; often seen treated as espalier, ground cover, or most-often as a magnificent solitary specimen. This is definitely not a dwarf conifer. Terminals can extend up to 60 cm on a yearly basis and, over time, will become a massive tree. It is extremely tolerant of poor conditions and for best performance, must be positioned in full sun.
