It prefers well drained soils in full sun and maintains compact growth when pruned. Useful screening and hedge plant. Tolerates coastal and part shade conditions. Grows to a height of 1-2m and 1-2m wide.
Coprosma kirkii A strong, vigorous ground cover with dark green foliage, and a mounding shape that is perfect for embankments, weed detering and rock gardens. It can be easily trimmed occasionally to keep as low. A stand-out plant for difficult locations.
