| Description | Rhus typhina Staghorn Sumac is a deciduous shrub or small tree in the Cashew family with a wide spreading habit. Green compound leaves turn attractive shades of red, yellow, and orange, in autumn, followed by showy white blooms in spring and summer and red berries making this a tree with year-round interest. Easily grown in a wide range of soils as long as they are well-drained, and full sun to part shade. Tolerant of a wide range of soils except for those that are poorly drained. | ||||
