Description	Malus domestica Gala apples are bright red, often with a green or orange blush or stripes. They feature crisp flesh and are one of the classic red apples enjoyed around the world. Remember that apple trees need to be planted near other apple trees so that they can polinate eachother and produce fruit. Ideal companions for Gala apple trees are Golden Delicious. This is because they all flower at a similar time. 20"/50cm pot size A horizontal cordon espalier is a flat, rectangular tree structure formed by guiding branches to grow horizontally along a support system, typically a trellis or fence.	Allium tuberosum Garlic chives are not mentioned in many of the old western herbals, but have been used in Asian cuisine for centuries. Like normal Chives, the are a hardy herbaceous perennial. The only differences being they have a mild garlic and onion flavour, and small white starry like flowers. They are great in pots or in the ground, preferring full sun to part shade. They can grow up to 50cm tall, and splitting the plant every few years will help ensure the plants survival. When harvesting, cut the leaves near to the ground, as it's better for the plant. Garlic chives are great used in salads, stirfrys, rice, and as a garnish for curries, soups, and potatoes. They will keep in the fridge for up to a week. Alternatively you can preserve them in butters, oils and vinaigrettes. 4"/10cm pot size.	Correa alba  A popular choice amongst council and parks landscapers due to its set-and-forget nature, the Correa is a attractive, hardy and versatile perennial shrub. • White star-shaped flowers with rounded, velvety leaves • Will grow in both full sun or part shade, tolerating harsh Australian soil and weather • Responds well to pruning, making neat hedges or even native topiary	Rubus x idaeus Nootka Raspberries produce a full and heavy crop mid Summer and again in Autumn which allows you access to fresh, delicious raspberries more often!  Growing to approx. 1.2m tall x .5 wide, they prefer a sunny position, with a rich, well drained soil and good Summer watering, and also grow well in pots or tubs.  Get the kids to help gather the fruit and they will not be able to resist sneaking a few into their mouths for a boost of Vitamin C!	Dianella revoluta Seaspray is a versatile, clumping perennial with attractive blue-green strappy foliage, Clusters of blue star-like flowers appear in Spring and Summer. These are followed by shiny, dark blue berries. Ideal for adding colour and form contrast in mixed beds and excellent for mass planting. Thrives in a sunny position. Tolerant of dry periods and light frost. 6"/14cm pot
