Description

Catalpa bignonioides aurea

Golden Indian Bean Tree is a small to average-sized tree with a wide, capriciously branched crown. The heart-shaped foliage emerges late in Spring and is shed relatively early. When unfolding the leaf is purplish, but turns golden yellow soon and colours to yellow green in Summer. In Autumn it turns more yellow again. The white tubular flowers appear in erect panicles. This tree is great for offering shade as well as year round interest. Grows approximately H:7 Meters W:1.5 Meters 16"/40cm pot

Cydonia oblonga

Smyrna Quince is a small deciduous fruiting tree. Produces very large golden yellow fruit with rich honey perfume. Not usually eaten fresh but suitable for preserves and jellies. Self pollinating. Prefers a sheltered position away from winds. Grows to approximately 4-5m in height.  

Pinus mugo var. pumilio 'Dwarf Mountain Pine'

A small conifer forming a dense, spreading, cushion-shaped mound of emerald-green needles. A slow growing addition perfect for rockeries and garden beds.  Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune to shape if necessary. 10''/25cm pot
Aloe arborescens  Candelabra Aloe or Torch Aloe is a large, multi-headed, sprawling succulent, that can reach a height of 2–3 metres. It has succulent leaves, green and light blue with small spikes on their edges. Flowers are cylindrical in shape and are a bright red-orange colour. Plant in full sun and do not over-water. 10"/25cm pot
