Description	Aesculus hippocastanum The Horse-Chestnut is a large domed, deciduous tree that is popular in the parklands of Europe and is also fairly common in the cooler areas of Australia. The leaves are large and palmately compound, while the creamy white flowers have a pink spot. They make excellent summer shade trees and are a handsome addition to larger spaces where you can appreciate their outline and attractive foliage which turns russet brown in early autumn, making a wonderful autumnal sight. These trees are best known for their spikey green fruit that contain shiny dark brown nuts or 'conkers'. Conkers particularly when fresh and young contains toxins and should not be eaten. 10'' pot size.	Luma apiculata Myrtus Luma is the medium to tall hedge with real traditional style. A lot of people believe the only fast growing larger hedge with fine foliage is the Pittosporum. It is an extraordinarily versatile plant suitable for hedging, screening, topiary, or as a specimen tree, but its small, aromatic leaves respond so well to pruning that it is commonly used as a hedge. Myrtus luma also makes a wonderful specimen tree if left unpruned. With age it forms an outstanding trunk with cinnamon brown branches. Its bark peels to reveal streaks of pink and beige. What a plant! It really should be seen more in Australian gardens.	Osteospermum ecklonis A small but bushy, mounded evergreen, Osteospermum Serenity Dark Purple is a favourite of cottage gardeners everywhere. This popular African Daisy variety boasts an abundance of prolific, single blooms in a stunning deep plum shade from spring all the way through to autumn. A reliable addition to pots, borders and mixed containers. 6''/14cm pot	Callistemon "Candy Pink" Candy Pink is a medium shrub that is incredibly adaptable. Its large flower spikes are a lovely dark pink colour and are borne in flushes virtually all year round after a flush of new growth happens. Candy Pink requires low maintenance and is suitable for coastal gardens. It is drought resistant. Likes a position of full sunlight to light shade. 6" pot size.
