Description

Plectranthus plepalila

Mona Amethyst (Spur flower) is a particularly attractive variety that does not spread like other members of the family, but rather forms a neat low shrub with an upright, erect habit. Numerous spikes of rich purple-pink coloured flowers begin to appear from late Summer through Autumn complementing the ornamental foliage of deep green leaves with dark wine purple coloured undersides. This fast growing plant is best placed in a full sun to part shade location.

Rosa hybrid tea

Blue Moon produces large silvery blue flowers on long stems that are highly fragrant! The lavender coloured blooms are perfect for mass planting, cut flowers, rose & cottage gardens! Blue Moon is hardy, vigorous and repeat flowering. Available in more variations.

Malus purpurea

The Purple Crab Apple makes a handsome small tree, quite round topped in maturity. With beautiful flowers which are a deep, red-purple colour creating an effect that looks almost unbelievably rich. A great specimen tree, in Autumn the Purple Crab Apple has dark purple fruit and leaves which turn shades of yellow and red. 13" pot size.

Wisteria sinensis 'Alba'

Chinese White Wisteria is the gorgeous white variety of the highly popular Wisteria sinensis. The sinensis varieties are very popular due to their blooms appearing on bare vines in the spring, before the leaves appear. It makes for a gorgeous feature of solid, fragrant colour. Wisteria sinensis is a very hardy twisting vine that prefers a full sun position in a moist, well drained humus soil. The gorgeous white flowers of the Wisteria sinensis 'Alba' are slightly smaller than that of the Wisteria floribunda 'Alba', hanging 18-30cm long off the vine. 8"/20cm pot   See our Wisteria Factsheet here for more about the different Wisteria varieties!

Osmanthus fragrans Sweet Osmanthus also known as fragrant tea olive (Fragrant tea tree), is an evergreen shrub with sweetly perfumed cream flowers traditionally used to flavour Chinese tea and sweets. We think it smells like peach yogurt! Suited to street planting, hedging and containers. Native to Asia, this gently scented flowering shrub has an upright growth habit and large evergreen foliage; clusters of tiny creamy-gold flowers. 12'' pot
